How Do I Place an Order?
You can place an order in two ways:
1. Browse the catalogue, point the cursor on the categories on the top and then choose the subcategory; opening the given category or subcategory you can choose from the list.
2. Add the selected item to cart by clicking on the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
3. Review the items in your basket. You can remove the selected item from your shopping cart by clicking on 'X - close' button.
4. To continue shopping click on 'continue shopping'.
5. When your basket is full of your desired products fill in your email address and click 'pay' and follow further instructions.

If I do not want to pay online, can I pay when receiving the order?
Yes, you can. We accept payments with cash (only in AMD) or payment card at the time you receive your order. You just need to mention the payment method in order to bring the POS terminal.
Can I return the products?
ANDACO Spirits will accept unopened bottles and non-damaged items up to 14 days after purchase with a receipt. Reimbursement will be either cash or to a credit card. If you have any questions as to whether you can return an item, please contact our Customer Service Department +374 (44) 370-370. If the reason of return is the quality of the product, you can change it with another one with our delivery person.
