Pop singer Katy Perry has announced the launch of her own line of alcohol-free aperitifs - De Soi, leaning in to the no-and-lo drinks craze, widening world of non-alcoholic elixirs.

I am delighted to announce @drinkdesoi a range of alcohol-free sparkling aperitifs that I have created with my new mom / botanist Morgan McLachlan ”, tweeted Perry. “Our apéritifs are full of feel-good adaptogens for a drink that helps you create, relax & ease into the night.”
