What tipple pairs perfectly with the new King’s coronation? The Royal Collection Trust, a department of the Royal Household, has launched a gin infused with raspberries grown at Windsor Castle to mark the coronation of Charles III and his wife Camilla as king and queen of the United Kingdom and the other Commonwealth states (due to take place on 6 May 2023, at Westminster Abbey), The Telegraph reports.
The pink gin is described as blend of sweet and fragrant botanicals, and spiced with pink peppercorns and cassia bark, while sweetened with orange peel and rose petal. The raspberries from across the royal estate in Windsor are said to give it a “fruity finish and a vibrant pink hue”.
Royal Windsor Pink Gin, which costs £38 and has an ABV of 38%.
