Ingredients:
50ml - Monkey Shoulder
25ml - Martini Rosso Sweet vermouth
3 - Dashes angostura bitters
Orange zest
Combine Monkey Shoulder, sweet vermouth and angostura bitters. Stir over ice until very cold. Strain into a chilled martini or coupette glass. Garnish with orange zest.
